Starbucks just recently opened their newest store at SM San Mateo. Good news for Starbucks coffee lover living around the area cos they can easily visit this new Starbucks store to have their coffee fix whenever they feel it necessary.
After having our family lunch at Kuya J, my wife decided to treat me and my kids to try the latest frappuccino flavors and purple yam cheesecake of Starbucks at their newest store in SM San Mateo.
The store was jam-packed during our visit that’s why I wasn’t able to take much pictures of the store interior. Industrial design, high ceiling and comfortable chair makes the store interior very inviting. The place is so cool and the staff are awesome. My favorite branch so far! 🙂
Starbucks always initiates handcrafted beverages one at a time and invites customers to personalize their beverages. Starbucks partners strive to provide the best coffee experience and are always ready to share with customers background on Starbucks coffee heritage.
Starbucks signature espresso meets white chocolate sauce and steamed milk, then is finished off with sweetened whipped cream in white chocolate delight.
Dark Mocha is a pretty standard menu item at Starbucks, and a go-to when you want to jazz up your typical mocha. But add a splash of fruit, with the raspberry syrup, and you can instantly take your beverage to another level. This drink is super sweet, making it the perfect way to satisfy any sweet-tooth cravings. If the Starbucks you visit doesn’t have raspberry syrup, no worries. Try strawberry or another fruit instead; it will taste just as delicious.
Smooth Black Tea Frappuccino swirled with java chips and A layer of aromatic Earl Grey jelly then finished with chocolate-tea powder atop fluffy whipped cream.
Crunchy java chips added to a velvety smooth chocolate sauce, Matcha Green Tea, milk and ice. It is then topped with whipped cream and a light dusting of Green Tea powder.
S’mores Bar features a graham crust with a layer of milk chocolate on top, finished with lightly-toasted marshmallows. The best part were the marshmallows, which were plentiful and tasty. They hit that sweet spot where they were just melted but not oozing all over.
Who doesn’t love cheesecake? And for those of us filipinos, who doesn’t love ube-anything? If you haven’t tried ube, or taro, now’s the time. Starbucks just jazz up our favorite ube into their new Purple Yam Cheesecake.
Starbucks SM San Mateo is one of the most homey Starbucks I have ever been to and the closest branch from our home. This year marks the best Father’s Day that I have and one of the best bonding time with my Family. Happy Father’s Day to me and to all the brave and loving fathers in the world.
