There’s a new food park in Fairview, Quezon City! Hungry District, located few blocks away from Bodega Food Park. Food Park is really big in the metro and it looks like the trend will never stop.
Though there are a lot of restaurants and food parks already in the Visayas Avenue and Maginhawa area, I have to say the concepts here are pretty unique. Hungry District is very the first District Themed restaurant / food park.
There are more than 10 food stalls to choose from serving famous comfort food from Japan, Italy, Mexico, USA and of course from the Philippines. It’s pretty new, so it doesn’t get as crowded as some of the other food parks even during weekends. However, I’m sure once word gets around, people will start to flock here as well.
FRY: Sausages, Fries & All Things Fried
From the name itself, you’ll already know what to expect. Fry me to the moon and let me play among those mouthwatering fried dishes.
Grill-ty Pleasure
The families that eat steak together, stay together. Grill-ty Pleasure’s menu comprises different kinds of steaks and other grilled products.
Wrapped! Shawarma & Kebab
Kebabs are probably the most popular dish on almost any middle eastern menu. A kebab meal is a guilty pleasure that never gets old, and is often worth indulging in over and over again.
Sunny Day
Let Sunny Day be your new dessert stop!!! Sunny Day has a great staff! Friendly from the minute I walked in and wishing me a great day on the way out.
Beautifully presented and looking good enough to drink, this hand poured funky milkshake’s fragrance is Bananarama.
S’mores Milkshake, the frosty version of the campfire classic is bound to be hit on a hot summer’s day. A toasted marshmallow milkshake, topped with graham crackers and chocolate.
My Favorite is everyone’s favorite and Sunny Day’s Best-selling Milkshake! I love it! 🙂
Winphire
This is the most refreshing summer beverage you’ve ever tasted. It’s unique in the way it infuses the flavors of fresh garden cucumbers and the tangy brightness of fresh lemons.
HappyPauls
HappyPauls is a Pastry and Coffee shop that will give you a quick fix for your blueberry cheesecake craving. Rich, velvety cheesecake combined with plump, ultra sweet blueberries makes for one of the most delectable desserts you’ll ever eat.
The best way to finish a great gastronomic adventure is by listening to groovy music while drinking your favorite beer. Hungry District stages new uprising bands on their second floor. This is indeed a one-stop food park! 🙂
The dishes are affordable, and so far from what we’ve tried, everything tastes delicious. If you’re wandering around Fairview, feel free to visit Hungry District! 🙂
