It’s been six months now since my last visit in the famous food haven Lilac Steet, Marikina City. New restaurants are opening every now and then making Lilac Street a must-visit for foodies like me. My family and I are always in search of new restaurants to try and have them featured here in my blog. My kids are craving for their favorite Churros so I decided to treat them to an unlimited Churros at El Fili La Mexicana Taqueria & Churreria.
El Fili La Mexicana Taqueria & Churreria is an 80’s themed authentic Mexican Taqueria that specializes in burrito, taco, Mexican Rice Meals and Churros. The restaurant’s interior is very inviting. Groovy music and Mexican vibes adds more fun to our dining experience.
Let’s take a look at their food.
Traditional Spanish Churros with Tsokolate de Tablea Dip.
Nacho Chips Topped with Pico de Gallo, Chili con Carne, Guacamole & Cheese Sauce
Beef Chunks, Mexican Rice, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Refined Beans Wrapped in Tortilla

My kids enjoyed munching on their favorite Churros with Tsokolate de Tablea Dip. I didn’t like their Burrito because the meat didn’t blend with the rest of the ingredients and the rice was dry. Primero Nachos is another disappointment as the taste was so bland… nothing special on it. Overall, it was still a memorable dining experience for cos my kids love their Churros.
