GILIGAN’S ISLAND RESTAURANT

It was a hot lazy Sunday when we went to Fairview Terraces to celebrate my son’s 4th Birthday. We were hungry as we reached the place. Long waiting-lines welcomed us to every stores we visited and by chance, Giligan’s Island Restaurant have spare tables.

As soon as we enter the restaurant, one of their food servers gave us the menu so we can select our food. There was a preset menu good for groups and since we really like eating, we ordered for it.

We were surprised when the food were served. All of them look delicious and savory and we didn’t wait for a second to eat all of the food.

Pork Sinigang

Pork Sinigang is a traditional Filipino soup dish known for its sour flavor. Giligan’s Pork Sinigang is one of the best-tasting Sinigang that I’ve tasted.

My son told me that this is his best birthday celebration ever. I love my son that’s why I want to give him the best that he can get. I always make sure that he will have the best birthday celebration every year.
