It was a hot lazy Sunday when we went to Fairview Terraces to celebrate my son’s 4th Birthday. We were hungry as we reached the place. Long waiting-lines welcomed us to every stores we visited and by chance, Giligan’s Island Restaurant have spare tables.
As soon as we enter the restaurant, one of their food servers gave us the menu so we can select our food. There was a preset menu good for groups and since we really like eating, we ordered for it.
We were surprised when the food were served. All of them look delicious and savory and we didn’t wait for a second to eat all of the food.
Pork Sinigang is a traditional Filipino soup dish known for its sour flavor. Giligan’s Pork Sinigang is one of the best-tasting Sinigang that I’ve tasted.
These meat-laden, fried type lumpia are filled with ground pork and is served with sweet and sour sauce.
Delicious blend of thin and thick noodles mixed with seafood and vegetables.
Wow! This was the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. My family loved it. Not at all spicy, just perfectly seasoned.
Brilliant fish and chips! Loads of chips and the quality of the batter, fantastic.
Overall, we had a great dining experience at Giligan’s Island Restaurant. We enjoy the cozy island feel of their dinning area.
My son told me that this is his best birthday celebration ever. I love my son that’s why I want to give him the best that he can get. I always make sure that he will have the best birthday celebration every year.
