Following our critically acclaimed production of the Off-Broadway musical “Dani Girl,” a musical good for the soul, which ran for 15 performances at the prestigious Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium at the RCBC Plaza, Makati Central Business District, Metro Manila, Philippines, we will be mounting “The Imaginarium,” a four-day multi-arts festival from October 28-31, 2014 at the reputable PETA Theater Center in New Manila, which highlights Theater of the Absurd and existentialist drama as text, essence, and/or theatrical style.

Spread across four days of multi-faceted programming on four different stages within the PETA center, this first-of-its-kind multi-arts festival will showcase works that are thematic and collaborative in nature, and leaning on the avant-garde – “theater of the absurd” as a type of literary fiction and theatrical style that originated in France after World War II, brought about by man’s questioning of his existence and the overall meaning of life.

It is this same spirit of questioning, curiosity, and sense-making that the festival hopes to impart and instill in its audiences, composed of mostly students and young professionals with focus on 20-something millennials who require bravery, vitality, and authenticity of their own experiences.

We hope to explore these further through presentations, collaborations, and experimentations of various media such as film, visual arts, dance, physical theater, food and beverage, music, fashion, photography, improv, and theater.
